Yesterday, I lost my dog, Sagan. It was sudden and completely heartbreaking.
In the middle of my shock and grief, I called Pet Cremations of North Georgia, and Kelly, the owner, answered. I was in tears and could barely get the words out. She immediately dropped everything to come get Sagan and treated him with such care and compassion — like he was her own.
She’s based in Ball Ground, but made sure Sagan was back home with us in less than 24 hours.
I truly can’t express how much that meant to me. This boy was everything to me. He was with me through every chapter of my adult life, and losing him has been devastating. But knowing he was handled with love made all the difference.

“I cannot say enough good things about Kelly and her business. There we were at 3am on a Thursday morning coming to the realization that our beloved Belgian Malinois, Molly had passed of old age. She was a big girl and it would have been impossible for my Husband to dig a hole for her before we had to leave for work that day. So my Husband got online in search of a 24/7 Cremation service, I had no idea this even existed! But, at 3:30am, Kelly answered the phone and spoke to my distraught Husband. Molly came home in a beautiful box, and we were also given some of her fur and a paw print. We could not be happier with Kelly and her services and will forever be grateful for her kindness. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be calling her in the future as more of our pets cross the Rainbow Bridge.”
