Dottie crossed the Rainbow Bridge into beautiful, rolling meadows with unlimited snacks on Saturday, October 4. She was 30 pounds of sass and feistiness. She bossed all her siblings around, including her 100 pound Labrador sister. She made her mom laugh with her silly antics and incessant begging for treats. She was a constant presence in the kitchen when her mom was cooking, graciously ready to clean up any scraps of food that may have fallen onto the floor. She leaves behind five canine brothers and sisters and numerous felines she liked to taunt. She also leaves behind her broken-hearted human mother who wonders if the house will ever feel the same without her vocal mealtime reminders and resounding snores. Run free, baby girl. I love you so much.
